Tee's Immaculate Janitorial & Cleaning Services values you and appreciates your business. For the protection of both our clients and company please read the following Policies and Terms.

Tee's Immaculate Janitorial & Cleaning Services is a professional cleaning service that is fully insured with general liability insurance for your protection. (Certificate of insurance available upon request.)

All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Tee's Immaculate Janitorial & Cleaning Services, LLC.

Our normal hours of operation are: Monday thru Friday (10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.). Saturday and Sunday by appointments only.

Payment for Services:

Tee's Immaculate Janitorial & Cleaning Services gladly accepts payments in the following forms:

Cash, Business Checks, or Zelle (no personal checks accepted)

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a non negotiable $40 fee for each returned check in addition to applicable late fees.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all canceled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential clients in order to ensure your time frame. Failure to do so will result in one day of the cost for your facility cleaning service.

Refunds:

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied, that is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return once to re-clean the area(s) you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.

Illness:

If you or anyone in your office gets a contagious illness / virus, please be considerate of us and call to reschedule your cleaning after the illness is gone.

We do not share the information gathered through this web site or any personal information with any other 3rd party.

Extra Services:

If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 72 hours' in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your office and we can give you a quote for the additional services.

Tipping:

Tee's Immaculate Janitorial & Cleaning Services never requires tipping, but it is a powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Always remember your appreciation need not to be monetary. A personal note from you expressing your appreciation can mean a great deal.

We reserve the right to decline providing services at any given time according to our individualized client contract.
